Elissa Kline’s photographs are meditations of a sort – reflections of an eye that is able to illustrate wonder as well as curiosity. Whether they are abstractions that reflect a long and deep relationship with the natural world or narratives that document a scene and relay a story, their common thread is an intimacy that includes rather than excludes.
